4 packages chopped frozen spinach
3 whole chicken breasts, halved
salt, pepper, and granulated garlic
2 cartons whipping cream
1. Thaw and drain spinach.
2. Pat spinach into buttered 9x13" casserole dish.
3. Dip chicken breast into flour, then butter. Place on top of spinach.
4. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic.
5. Pour whipping cream over top; sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and dust with paprika.
6. Bake at 325° F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
