3 6-ounce packages semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) pinch of salt
1. In top of double broiler, melt chocolate over hot water; remove from heat.
3. Add condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and nuts; stir until smooth.
5. Turn onto waxed paper-lined, 8-inch square pan.
6. Chill.
7. Cut into squares and store in airtight container.
This recipe makes about 1 3/4 pounds.
