Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 Tbs. minced fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 cups all-purposed flour
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter, cheeses, tarragon, oregano and garlic until well mixed.

2. Beat in flour (the dough will be crumbly).

3. Shape into a 14-inch roll.

4. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap.

5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

6. Cut into 1/4-inch slices; place on ungreased baking sheets.

7. Bake at 375-degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Cool on wire racks.
