8-lbs. of hen 2 lbs. wide noodles 4 cups chopped onions 4 cups chopped green peppers 4 cups diced celery don't chop too small 3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 3 cans tomato soup (10 1/2-oz.) 2 can mushroom stems and pieces (8-oz.) 2 large cans ripe olives
1. Boil the chicken in as small amount of water as possible, seasoned with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
2. Cut up chicken in pieces about an inch square. Cut olives off the seeds. Divide chicken stock.
3. Cook noodles with one part of stock, and green peppers, onions and celery in other part. The noodles should absorb the stock and not be juicy, so you have to cook them over low heat and stir constantly.
4. After both cook, mix together and add olives, chicken, tomato soup, mushrooms. Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle a little red pepper with mixture.
5. Put this into a baking dish and cook at 350-degrees until heated.
6. Taste this recipe now and see if you need to add any more of the seasonings.
