8 slices sliced French Bread, toasted 4 teaspoons butter 4 slices canned whole cranberry sauce 4 slices sharp Cheddar Cheese turkey, thinly sliced (optional)
1. Butter 4 slices of bread. On the remaining 4 slices, spread cranberry sauce on only one side.
2. Place the cranberry-cheddar side up on a pan and place under broiler.
3. Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
4. Add turkey slices, if desired, before placing the buttered bread on top of the cranberry-cheddar (butter side down).
