1. Cream margarine and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in flour; press evenly in 13x9x2-inch pan.
2. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
3. Combine remaining ingredients; spread over hot baked layer.
4. Bake for 20 minutes longer.
