2 cans chicken broth 2 cans cream of potato soup 16 oz sour cream 1 to 2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate until well chilled.
3. Garnish with chopped chives and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
NOTE: Vichyssoise is usually served cold, but it is equally delicious when served hot.
