Black Eyed Beans with Basil Sambuca Dressing Recipes

Dressing
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 each garlic clove, minced
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon sambuca liqueur
2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Salad
2 cup cooked black eyed peas
1/2 each white onion, chopped
1/2 each red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Dressing
1. Combine ingredients for dressing.

2. Mix well.

Salad
3. Mix dressing with salad ingredients.

4. Let stand for half an hour before serving.

5. Season if desired.
