2 apples 2 pears 1 Tbs. lemon juice 3 Tbs. cider 2 Tbs. butter 3 1/2 oz. orange jello(jelly) Sugar to taste
1. Peel the apples and pears, cut them in half and remove the cores. Cut the fruit into segments.
2. Mix together the lemon juice and cider and pour over the fruit. Dot flakes of butter on a aluminum foil tray, arrange the fruit segments on top and grill over medium for about 5 to 8 minutes.
3. Put the hot fruit segments in a large bowl and stir in the orange jello (jelly). Sprinkle with sugar to taste.
