Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 pie shell
2 cups frozen rhubarb
Streusel topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons liquid honey
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Whisk eggs in large bowl.

3. Add and whisk sugar and flour until smooth. Set aside.

4. Cut rhubarb; fold into egg mixture.

5. Put in pie shell. Bake 15 minutes; remove and reduce heat to 350 degrees.

6. Apply topping and bake for 40 minutes.
