This recipe taken from Prevention Low-Carb Holiday Recipes.
4 lb whole chicken wings (drummettes attached)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup butter
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Seperate wings from the drummette portion. (Remove pointy tips and freeze for soup if desired).

3. Combine cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in shallow bowl.

4. Line shallow baking pan with foil.

5. Melt butter in shallow bowl or pan.

6. Dip each piece of chicken in butter, roll in cheese mixture, and arrange in foil-lined pan. Bake 1 hour.
