You may replace the strawberries with minced peaches, chopped apricots, mashed raspberries, chopped blueberries, cooked and chopped cranberries, or crushed pineapple.
1 cup nonfat yogurt cheese or low-fat cream cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon toasted sesame or poppy seeds
1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients, mixing
well.
2. Serve with minibagels, toast squares, or raw vegetables.
