Description: Refreshing and tasty punch.

Ingredients:
3 cups chopped fresh pineapple (about 1 1/2 lbs)
2 cups unsweetened pineapple-orange-banana juice
4 cups lime-flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled
2 cups chablis or other dry white wine, chilled
Preparation:
1. Combine pineapple and juice in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Cover and freeze until firm.

3. Partially thaw fruit mixture; break into chunks, and place in a punch bowl.

4. Add mineral water and wine; stir until slushy.
