Slow Cooker Baked Apples

Ingredients:
8 apples
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation:
1. Combine raisins, pecans, and brown sugar.

2. Peel top 1/3 of apples. Remove and discard cores. Fill cavities with the raisin/pecan mixture.

3. Place in crockpot. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; dot with margarine.

4. Add cider and lemon juice. Cook on low for 8 hours to overnight.
