Slow Cook Sweet & Sour Pork

Description: Make ahead for an evening meal to be prepared when you reach home after your job.

Ingredients:
2 lb cubed pork
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 small onion; sliced
2 tomatoes; cut in slices
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 green peppers; cut into
Preparation:
1. In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch.

2. Then mix in remaining ingredients except green pepper and tomatoes.

3. Cook on Low for 8 hours.

4. Stir in green pepper and tomatoes.

5. Cook on High for 10 minutes.
