Description: Try these new sandwiches for lunch or a picnic.

Ingredients:
1 small can salmon
1 package frozen peas
1 small can evaporated milk
salt and pepper
lemon juice
4 hamburger rolls
utter
4 slices american or processed chese
Preparation:
1. Drain and flake fish.

2. Add peas and evaporated milk; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

3. Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth and creamy.

4. Split rolls; spread with butter.

5. Put slice of cheese on half of each one.

6. Pile some hot fish mixture on top; cover with other half of roll.

7. Serve immediately.
