Ingredients:
2 large white potatoes, peeled and soaked in ice water
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
cooking oil
Preparation:
1. Remove potatoes from ice water; grate, using hand grate, food processor, or blender.

2. Blend onion and eggs; add to potatoes.

3. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.

4. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Brown on both sides, and drain on paper towels before serving.
