Serves 12-16 side dish servings
1 lb ground beef 1 can (28 oz.) baked beans 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained 1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained 1 large onion, chopped 1 large green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 2 tablespoon soy sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
1. In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or until bubbly.
4. Serve in bowls.
