2 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
vanilla wafers

1. Mix all ingredients (except wafers) until well blended.

2. Put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper baking cup.

3. Spoon in mixture.

4. Bake at 275-degrees for 30 minutes-vanilla wafer crumbs on top.
