Description: This is a great appetizer anytime.

Ingredients:
1 pound can salmon
8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
1. Drain salmon thoroughly; flake carefully with fork or your fingers.

2. Combine salmon with softened cream cheese.

3. Add next 5 ingredients; mix thoroughly.

4. Cover bowl.

5. Refrigerate a few hours, until firm.

6. Shape salmon into ball; roll in nuts.

7. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; return to refrigerator until serving.

8. Serve with firm, unflavored crackers.
