Description: Everyone enjoys this dip at parties or get-to-togethers.

Chef's Comments:
This is an easy recipe and it is a favorite for everyone who eats it.
Ingredients:
1 pound lean hamburger
1 package taco seasoning
1 can refried beans (plain)
1 block chedder cheese (12-oz.)
1 block monterey jack cheese (12-oz.)
1 large carton no-fat sour cream
jalapeno peppers fresh (6 or 7 green)
Preparation:
1. Brown hamburger meat and drain.

2. Add taco seasoning & refried beans.

3. In casserole dish layer ingredients.

4. Put meat mixture on bottom.

5. Layer grated monterey jack cheese.

6. Add chopped jalapeno.

7. Put a layer of sour cream.

8. Put grated cheddar cheese next.

9. Bake at 350-degrees to bubbling.

10. Serve with chips or nacho chips.
