Also a great camping treat melted in a pot and eaten with graham crackers.
Ingredients:
6 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoon butter
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
Microwave all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl together until melted. Serve warm over ice cream.
