1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus 2 Tbs. water 1/2 cup Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce
1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Remove scales with a knife or vegetable peeler, if desired.
2. Place asparagus in an 11x7x2-inch baking dish with the trimmed ends toward outside of dish. Add 2 tablespoons water; cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and vent.
3. Microwave at HIGH 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes; drain.
4. To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce over each serving of asparagus.
