Description: A health-conscious fish recipe

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup low-sodium V-8 juice
1 cup steamed vegetables (Suggestion: okra, bell peppers,
onion, and/or cabbage)
1 1/2 cups flaked steamed fish
Preparation:
1. Blend cornstarch into V-8 juice.

2. Mix vegetables and fish in saucepan; pour in juice.

3. Simmer, stirring, until thickened.

Diebetic=3 meat exchanges and 1 vegetables
