Holiday Cranberry Sauce

Description: A delicious cranberry sauce that is sweetened with Splenda and has added zest from orange and allspice.

This recipe taken from Prevention Low-Carb Holiday Recipes.
Ingredients:
1 bag(16oz) fresh cranberries
1-1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
dash of allspice
dash of cloves
10 drops of orange extract
1 cup Splenda
Preparation:
1. In medium saucepan, bring cranberries, water, and orange peel to boil. Boil until skin of berries pops open (about 5 minutes).

2. Remove from heat and add allspice, cloves, orange extract, and Splenda. Mix until throughly combined. Cool in refrigerator before serving.
