Description: Children will love this candy.

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. desired food coloring
1/4 tsp desired flavoring
Confectioners' sugar
Preparation:
1. Mix sugar, water and corn syrup in large saucepan; cook over medium heat until mixture reaches 300 degrees on candy thermometer or hard-crack stage.

2. Remove from heat.

3. Add food coloring and flavoring; mix well.

4. Pour into well-greased cookie pans; cool enough to touch. Cut or break into bitesized pieces; dust with confectioners' sugar.

5. Pack in junior baby food jars for gift giving; pack in small plastic containers with lids for mailing.
