2 to 2 1/2 lbs, fully cooked boneless ham, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes spiced crab apples pineapple slices, quartered orange wedges(with peel) 1/2 cup extra-hot catsup 1/3 cup marmalade 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion 2 tablespoon salad oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 to 1 1/2 tsps. dry mustard
1. Thread ham and fruits alternately on skewers.
2. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients.
3. Broil ham and fruit over low coals 12 to 15 minutes, brushing often with sauce.
4. Use a rotating skewer, or turn skewers frequently during broiling.
