1/3 to 1/2 cup white sugar 8 oz sour cream 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 4 cups seedless grapes, left whole or halved 1 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup brown sugar
1. Place white sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, and vanilla
flavoring in bowl. Beat with wire whisk or electric
mixer until smooth.
2. Gently stir in grapes.
3. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Mix with above or sprinkle
over top.
4. Thoroughly chill before serving. (This will thicken as
it chills.)
NOTE: Lowfat or nonfat sour cream and cream cheese can be
used, if desired. Also, Splenda can be substituted for
the white sugar.
