Glazed Meatballs

Description: These meatballs can be made ahead and frozen until ready

to serve. They're great for parties and other social events.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground round beef
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs, or enough to hold meat together
1 10-oz. jar grape jelly
1 12-oz. bottle chili sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup water
Preparation:
1. Mix meat, eggs, salt, pepper and enough bread crumbs to
hold meat together.
2. Make meatballs, 1-inch size, and place in a 1 1-2 quart
casserole.
3. Combine jelly, chili sauce, lemon juice and water; pour
over meatballs.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
