4 bulbs garlic 4 Tbs. olive oil Salt Freshly ground black pepper
1. Remove the outer skin of the garlic bulb. Cut 4 squares of foil and brush generously with oil. Put one bulb on each piece of foil. Pour olive oil over it and season with salt and pepper.
2. Fold the foil to make parcels and cook on the edge of the barbecue grid for about 25 minutes.
