Description: This dish can be cooked in the microwave.

Ingredients:
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium clove of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary leaves
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup drained chopped, canned tomatoes
1 pound fillets of flounder
Preparation:
1. Combine onion, butter and seasonings in 1-quart glass measuring cup. Cook in microwave oven for 3 minutes or until onion is tender.

2. Add soup and tomatoes.

3. Arrange flounder in single layer in shallow 2-quart glass dish. Pour soup mixture over flounder.

4. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until done, turning dish 1/4 turn 3 times.

5. Garnish with parsley.
