Ingredients:
2 tablespoon margarine
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 green bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in vegetables. Cover tightly and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
