8 to 10 frankfurters 2/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 2/3 cup salad oil 4 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup flour 1 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup pickle relish
1. Cut each frankfurter into 6 to 8 pieces.
2. Combine lemon juice, salt, oil, mustard, sugar and pepper in saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour over frankfurters; let stand for about 1 hour.
3. Drain mustard sauce into saucepan.
4. Blend flour and water; stir into sauce. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
5. Add pickle relish; simmer for 1 minute longer. Add frankfurters; heat through.
6. Place in chafing dish; serve with wooden picks.
