Description: Try this rub on pork, beef, or lamb.

1 tsp. crushed dried thyme
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. crushed dried dill
1 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbs. paprika
1. In a food processor or spice or coffee grinder combine the thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, marjoram, dill, curry powder, and paprika and process on low until blended.

2. Transfer to an airtight container and use as desired on pork, beef, or lamb.
