1 cup corn flake cereal crumbs 1 teaspoon onion salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 1/2 to 3 pound fryer, cut up 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted*
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix cereal crumbs, onion salt, and pepper.
3. Dip chicken in butter; roll in cereal crumb mixture.
4. Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan.
5. Pour remaining butter over chicken.
6. Bake uncovered until thickest pieces are done, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
