2 cups cranberries 1 cup sugar 4 teaspoon lemon juice 1 lemon rind 1/4 cup Amaretto 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1. Combine cranberries, sugar and lemon juice in saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, add lemon rind, Amaretto and marmalade, stirring until blended.
5. Serve cold with cream cheese or hot with meat.
