10 thin sausages 1 red sweet bell pepper 1 zucchini Oil 1 pinch cayenne pepper Freshly ground mixed colored pepper
1. Cut the sausages into two or three pieces about 2 inches long. Cut the red bell pepper in half. Remove the stalk, seeds and white skin inside. Cut the pepper into broad strips and cut the zucchini into slices 3/8 inch thick.
2. Thread the sausages, strips of pepper and zucchini slices alternately on oiled skewers. Brush with oil and season with cayenne pepper and pepper.
3. Grill the skewers on each side for about 4 minutes.
