This can be made considerably richer by the addition of nonfat dry milk. Count added powder toward your daily skim milk allowance. 1/3 cup powder = 1 glass skim milk.
Ingredients:
liquid from canned clams (about 1/2 cup)
2 cups skim milk
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
grated nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz can of minced clams packed in their own liquid (4 oz of clams)
paprika
Preparation:
1. Bring to boil liquid from clams and skim milk.

2. Add worcestershire sauce and dash nutmeg. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Serve over clams in bowl with sprinkling of paprika.
