Chopped Sirloin, Chinese Style

Ingredients:
2 lb. chopped sirloin
garlic salt or powder
1 green pepper
1 or 2 stalks celery
1/4 cup onion flakes, soaked in water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
Preparation:
1. Shape 4 large or 8 small burgers. Brown near flame of broiler.

2. Transfer, without fat, to a large pan when brown.

3. Cut up remaining ingredients and add to pan. Cover and steam for 10 minutes. May steam longer for more well done meat.
