Description: This Chicken Creole adds a new twist to the same old chicken with a creole flavor.

Ingredients:
1 large hen, boiled and cut in chips
1/2 bottle katsup
1 can mushrooms
2 large cans tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 small onion, minced
1 large bell pepper, minced
1 1/2 pound bacon, fried and broken into pieces
1 small can english peas
salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste
worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil chicken and cut in small pieces.

2. Fry bacon and break in small pieces.

3. Cut onion and bell pepper in small pieces and cook slowly in small amount of bacon drippings.

4. Add to onions and bell pepper the other ingredients, leaving bacon until last.

5. Serve on rice.
