Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1 oz grated sharp cheddad cheese
1 slice bread (cut up)
1/3 teaspoon salt
dash paprika
dash dry mustard
dash cayenne pepper
1 egg, separated
Preparation:
1. Heat milk, do not boil.

2. Add cheese, bread and seasonings. As soon as cheese is melted remove from heat and stir in beated egg yolk.

3. Fold in well beaten egg white.

4. Pour into small casserole and bake at 350 degrees until puffed and brown.
