1 1/2 lb pork steak; 1/2 -inch thick cut into strips 2 tablespoon oil 1 onion; large-sliced 1 green pepper; small-in strips 1 can mushrooms (4oz); drained 1 can tomato sauce (8oz) 3 tablespoon brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon worcheshire sauce Any White Rice; prepared to serve on
1. Brown pork strips in oil in skillet to remove excess fat. Drain on double paper towel.
2. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients into slow pot.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (High 4 hours).
4. Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
