1 cup butter, room temperature 5 tablespoon powdered sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanillia extract 1 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
2. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Gradually add flour until soft dough forms. Add vanilla extract and nuts.
3. Roll dough into shape of fingers. Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown.
5. Cool and roll cookies in confectioners' sugar.
