Description: Eggnog, a Christmas tradition that is either loved or hated, but always expected.

Ingredients:
6 eggs (seperate yolks from whites)
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 quarts thick cream
1 1/4 tumblers whiskey, brandy or rum
cinnamon or nutmeg (to top drinks)
Preparation:
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar together until they are lemon-colored.

2. Set aside while you beat the egg-whites stiff. Add cream, beat well.

3. Combine cream mixture with the yokes along with your choice of liquor. Serve chilled with cinnamon or nutmeg sprinkled on top.
