Description: This flat bread recipe is perfect for barbecues away from home because it can be rolled round sausages, salads and dips, making plates and cutlery unnecessary.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose plain flour
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
Flour
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 tsps. oregano
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour and mix in the salt. Stir in 3/4 cup of warm water and knead to make a smooth dough without lumps.

2. Dust the dough with flour and cover. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

3. Dust the hands with flour and divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out each one into a thin round.

4. To cook, brush the pieces with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Cover the grid with metal foil. Grill the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side.
