1/2 cup oats; regular 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter; softened 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 1/4 cups Bisquick 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup chunky applesauce 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg
1. Heat oven to 425F.
2. Grease jelly roll pan.
3. Mix oats, 1/4 cup Bisquick, brown sugar, butter (or margarine) and cinnamon. Reserve.
4. Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well-blended. Pour into pan. Spread batter to edges.
5. Sprinkle with oats mixture.
6. Bake 14 to 16 minutes, or until light golden brown.
7. Cut into 6 pieces and serve.
