Apple Casserole

Prep Time:
Description: An easy to prepare dessert for the winter and great served with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 cans sliced apples, drained
2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 can biscuits, cooked according to directions the day before or allowed to cool and harden thoroughly
Preparation:
1. In a large casserole, layer apples and sugar alternately, twice. Crumble dry biscuits over top.

2. Pour melted margarine over top.

3. Bake at 325-degrees for 1 hour, covered, then uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
