1 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted 2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup oats, uncooked 1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped powdered sugar
1. Heat oven to 325 degress F.
2. Beat butter and almond extract until fluffy; gradually beat in sugar.
3. Add combined flour and salt; mix well.
4. Stir in oats and almonds.
5. Shape to form crescents.
6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown.
8. Sift powdered sugar over warm crescents.
