1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese 1 lb jimmy dean sausage large pizza doe ball
1. Cut pizza doe ball in half. Spread each half on a 9X13 baking pan. Let Pizza doe rise for 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. You may need to spread several times during rising time, so that the pizza doe covers the whole pan.
2. When Pizza doe is done rising, take out the sausage and pan fry it until it is browned and cooked all the way through.
3. Place desired amount of sausage in a line down the middle of the pizza doe. Then put desired amount of mozzarella cheese on top of the sausage.
4. Fold over one side of the pizza doe so that it covers the sausage. Then fold the other side over on top of the pizza doe that you just folded onto the sausage. Fold ends of pizza doe up, so that cheese does not melt out when cooking.
5. Turn entire pizza roll over so that the creased side is down. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until you pizza roll has browned. You may want to flip the pizza roll halfway through cooking so that both sides brown evenly.
6. When Pizza roll is done cooking, let it cool for 5 minutes and then cut into slices.
