2 large (20-oz) cans pineapple chunks, drained
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
1. Combine pineapple, flour, sugar, and cheese.

2. Pour into lightly greased baking dish.

3. Cover top with cracker crumbs; dot with margarine.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
